Jaiko appeared right from episode 1 of Doraemon, but she did not receive much sympathy because her future image was quite… flat.

Unlike Shizuka, Jaiko is short, slightly chubby with short black hair.

Similar to Dekisugi, Jaiko does not participate much in the adventures of Nobita-Doraemon’s group of friends.

Regarding personality, in some early parts of the story, Jaiko was sometimes the reason why Nobita was beaten by Jaian when she often cried to tell him every time Nobita teased her.

A quite positive point of Jaiko is her straightforwardness.

In her relationship with her friends, Jaiko appears to be a very delicate girl.

If at first Nobita insisted on chasing Jaiko away because he was afraid of the future of getting married, he would be in debt and poor, then later on, readers felt even more satisfied when Jaiko did not become Nobita’s wife.
